Well, it’s Communion season so I thought I’d throw back to one of my favourite clients and their daughter’s Communion from last spring! It was such a great day (weather, not so much) but Sondra makes up for it in her meticulous details, wonderful guests, and amazing food and gifts. I am so lucky to know her and her family – what started out as simple photography for both her girls’ special days has turned into a really nice friendship! So, with that … a look back into Erica’s Communion!
You may recognize older sister Amanda, who had her Communion a few years ago (since it’s an older blog post and I’ve updated my blog heavily since then, the formatting is off, my apologies). At any rate, the girls are growing up way too fast!
Sondra, you have a beautiful family!
So much love, that’s all I can say! Check out these fabulous details… if you ever need, well … pretty much anything fabulous, including decor and beautiful bombonieres – you need to check out Sondra’s store Arti and Mestieri. She runs an amazing boutique in Woodbridge with her sisters! I had the pleasure of visiting their store a few weeks ago (as I am working with Our Homes Magazine) and it’s beautiful and filled with so many wonderful things for your home! The beautiful signage on the flowers and the stationary is the handiwork of Paperdolls and Co – Alison and Samantha are equally as fabulous! It is nice to be in the company of such talented ladies!
A few more photos of the lovely reception at Hockley Valley Resort, which was a stunning venue for this event! And yes, American Girl is still hot with girls this age! A new store just opened up in Toronto and I hear there was a crazy lineup just to get in!
Sondra and the entire Russo Family, thank you so much as always for letting me capture your big milestones! It was amazing looking back on this big day for Erica; it got me thinking that we should just do family portraits next time I see you! Something fun and truly unique to your fun and amazing family! Until next time, Robyn xo
