Another 10 on 10. Another September. And more changes. As we see changes from heat to sweater weather and our beautiful trees turn from green to red, my kids are changing too. A new school. New uniforms. New friends at said new school. A new grade. And a new outlook. Because it’s grade ONE and it’s going to be great! Repeat after me; it’s going to be great. Yes, I have no problem with my children looking at themselves in the mirror every morning and affirming said great day with positivity and self worth. And with that, another 10 on 10, the school edition!
And because I think their uniforms are just the cutest things ever … I decided to take them out the day before school to take their photos. And they’re wearing buttons. Hello!? We’ve come so far!
This last shot I’m proud of because it’s 100% free lensed; a technique I learned from the amazing Sam Hurd last month during his time here in Canada. It certainly isn’t the easiest thing to do on a Nikon but I’m proud nonetheless! Just check out that sick bokeh!
Thanks for visiting! Please keep the circle going by clicking on my sweet friend Natacha’s link here (her submission this month is beautiful)! Lots more on the blog coming at ya too … in fact, I really need to start blogging client work again. It’s just so easy to blog personal work on here ;) Until next time, Robyn xo
